Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please check your email's Junk folder as sometimes these notifications are marked as Junk!
*Please Note: We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We want to inform you that in some cases, orders may be processed from multiple locations. This may result in a dispatch delay of up to 1-2 business days.
We understand that waiting for your order can be frustrating, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to minimise any delays. We will always put our customers first! International Shipping
Not located in Australia? No Problem!
If you're in Canada, United States or New Zealand, Standard International Shipping is a flat rate of A$17 !
Everywhere else, international shipping is flat rate A$20.
We have these prices for international shipping so we don’t loose money shipping your orders. We don’t make anything off of shipping fees.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Culture Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your shipping notification within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@cultur3collectiv3.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, We cannot delivery to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please read our return policy page .
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cultur3collectiv3.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
